The participants in this programme are qualified self-defence and personal security instructors with the British Combat Association. Between them they hold various qualifications including krav maga, and many years’ collective experience in law enforcement and the security industry. All of the selected techniques are chosen for their proven effectiveness in live combat situations, but demonstrated in low-risk formats.
